Why Horses?

Horses have five times the electromagnetic field around their hearts than humans do. They are highly intuitive as they are prey animals always on the look out for danger. Their hearts are much larger than ours and actually start to sync with our heartbeat. Just being with a horses, slows down your heart rate and reduces blood pressure not to mention improves your mood.

Equine assisted learning and psychotherapy are all the rage these days because horses will mirror back to you, what you are feeling, giving you a new perspective on your life. You cannot hide your feelings from horses, they always know. Horses don't stay stuck in the past or worry about the future, they teach us how to remain in the NOW. And NOW is where we want to be because that is where all of the magic happens.
